Wrongful Death Institute |
The Wrongful Death Institute is a multi-disciplinary Institute operating nationwide. There are six divisions within the Institute; Forensic Science Associates, Prison Medical Advocacy Division, Law Enforcement Training, Inside Out Ministries, National Medical Examiner Clearinghouse, Training and Educational Division, and To The Point Speaker’s Bureau. |
|
The Institute conducts research on a multitude of issues within each of its departments. It performs case analysis on wrongful death and forensic science issues, and aggressively pursues issues of prison medical malpractice and negligence nationwide. |
The common denominator of all divisions is accountability and responsibility of those individuals who perform duties that involve the public trust. The Institute implements the team approach. All of our efforts are directed toward factually and efficiently applying investigative and scientific evidence to law. |

Wrongful Death Case Analysis |
Have you been given a report of an official investigation or inquiry that does not answer the questions that you had? |
Are you dissatisfied with explanations given to you by officials who have a vested interest in coming up with a given result? |
Do you suspect fact tampering by individuals, either before, during, or after an inquiry, that unjustly affects the results of the inquiry? |
Do you challenge an official verdict as unjust or unsupportable by the evidence? |
Our analysts are prepared to retrace an inquiry until they can either confirm or disprove the factual results that have been publicized. If no prior inquiry has been conducted and you feel there should have been a more searching investigation, our specialists can undertake such an inquiry. |
Our forensic experts are prepared to examine not only the evidence handling, but also the training of individuals in law enforcement, medical examiner and coroner systems, and assess what influences (factual, scientific, or political) may have corrupted an official "verdict". |
We are prepared to examine issues of blood alcohol intoxication, toxicological analyses of poisons or drugs, evaluate the adequacy of work done by funeral. |
