States Reporting Problems for
Medical Examiner / Coroner/ Death Investigation


Complaints of gross deficiencies have been reported on the practices of medical examiners, coroners and death investigators within the following states and countries:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Austria, Canada, and Germany.



Please notify the Institute of Gross Deficiences or Egregious Behavior
Regarding Death Investigation In Your State.


Reminder: States listed do not necessarily indicate egregious behavior state-wide. It does indicate that questionable practices have been reported within the state, in specific counties and jurisdictions with specific medical examiners, coroners and death investigators. Call the Institute for details.
